Baked In Brooklyn is a Division of Aladdin Bakers, Inc.

We started baking top quality flatbreads, pita breads, wraps, and more over 40 years ago.  From our early beginnings, baking the bread in the night & hopping on the truck to deliver it, we are an American success story.  

Over the years, we have grown quite substantially, but we never lost our driving goal of producing the finest baked goods possible.  In 2012, we launched Baked In Brooklyn... a long-time dream.  We had no idea what we were getting into,as the snack category is quite difficult, but we knew that we had incredible products with a quality that wasn't found yet in the industry.  We went full-throttle forward, and guess what... it worked!

Now you can find our products in every U.S. state, as well as over 15 countries

internationally.
